A Note on the roots of this work

These trainings are designed for BIPOC massage therapists, bodyworkers, doulas, birth workers, and other licensed practitioners who feel called to serve their communities through intentional, hands-on bodywork rooted in traditional practices and informed by both modern anatomy and ancestral wisdom.

These practitioner trainings share my approach to womb-supportive bodywork based on my years of study, practice, and the teachings of many incredible mentors and traditions. These trainings introduce foundational concepts inspired by Mexican Traditional Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda. These are vast healing systems that require years of study, and my trainings only offer introductory perspectives as they relate to bodywork and womb care.

My intention is not to replace learning from the original sources, but to introduce massage therapists, bodyworkers, birth workers, doulas, nurses, PTs, chiropractors, and other BIPOC licensed practitioners to these perspectives and encourage deeper study with the teachers who carry these lineages & traditions.

I honor the teachers, ancestral healers, midwives, and elders who have preserved knowledge, ancestral wisdom, & healing traditions across generations. May this work be practiced with humility, respect, and deep care for the beings we serve.​
