About the event

Your womb is more than a physical organ; it is your sacred center of creativity, intuition, and power. In this transformative workshop, you’ll learn how to nurture and honor your womb space through traditional practices rooted in ancestral wisdom.

Why is Womb Care Important? The womb is often overlooked in modern self-care, yet it holds the power to influence your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. When we experience irregular cycles, painful cramps, spotting, digestive issues, low back pain, and other womb conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, or fertility challenges, it’s often a sign our womb is calling for attention. Womb care practices, such as self-womb massage, help restore balance, release blockages, and awaken the wisdom within.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Basic womb anatomy

  • The role of emotional energy in womb health

  • How to connect with your womb space

  • Step-by-step self-womb massage techniques

  • Simple ways to care for your womb space at home

Benefits of Self-Womb Massage:

  • Relieve menstrual discomfort, bloating, and cramping.

  • Support hormonal balance and improve cycle regularity.

  • Reconnect with your creative energy and inner power.

  • Release stored emotions.

  • Cultivate a deeper sense of self-love and body awareness.

Contraindications:

  • Any condition which would contraindicate massage in general, such as contusions, cuts, burns, tumors, broken bones, etc

  • During menstruation. As the endometrium is shedding, we don't want to take a chance of some of the endometrial cells getting into other parts of the pelvis (the condition known as endometriosis).

  • If client is pregnant or suspects she may be pregnant. We don't want to dislodge or otherwise negatively affect the placenta attachment or zygote implantation process.

  • For clients who are currently trying to get pregnant, it is best to omit self-womb massage between the time of ovulation and the start of your next menstrual cycle, in case pregnancy occurs during ovulation.

  • Clients who are working toward healing an infertility issue and are not currently trying to become pregnant do not need to be concerned with this.

This workshop is an invitation to reclaim your feminine essence, honor the lineage of wisdom passed down through generations, and step into your full power. Whether you’re new to womb care or looking to deepen your practice, this experience will leave you feeling aligned, nurtured, and inspired.

All are welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling transformed. Bring a friend and share in this empowering experience!
