• 4:00pm - Opening womb tea ceremony & introductions

• 4:30pm - Guided womb connection meditation with Erika of Sacred Womb Therapeutics + journal prompt for reflection

• 5:15pm - Paint your own yoni steaming pot! – a symbol of your personal womb journey ✨

• 5:45pm - 🌿 Hierba education 🌿 with Vivian of Magia Botanica (@_Magia_Botanica) - experience and learn about the healing herbs used for your yoni steam

• 6:00pm - Yoni steam session & sound bath/silent meditation with Jessica (@THE_HIPPIE_FREQUENCY)

• 6:30pm - Journal prompt for release/gratitude

• 6:40pm - Group reflection

• 7:00pm - Closing Sound Protection Prayer by Dee

What to Wear:

Please dress comfortably, loose clothing is best. I recommend the following:

• A loose shirt OR a tank top

• A long, loose skirt (calf-length or ankle-length)

• Socks

What to Bring:

• Your favorite mug/tea cup

• Yoga mat

• Blanket (large enough to cover from head to toe OR wear a hoodie. You may also bring two blankets)

• Towel

• Journal + pen/pencil

• 1 pillow/bolster

• Yoga blocks (optional)
