Andrea Saulig, NTP, is a Holistic Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specializing in fat loss, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum health. Her passion for root-cause healing stems from her own transformative health journey of overcoming diagnosed Binge Eating Disorder, 100-lb weight loss through lifestyle and nutrition changes, and navigating both fertility challenges and pre-diabetes. These experiences fueled her mission to help others address the root causes of their health concerns through a bio-individual lens.
In 2016, Andrea founded a successful health snack company in Colorado, empowering others to make cleaner, blood-sugar-balancing food choices. Now, she focuses on one-on-one holistic nutritional therapy, guiding her clients toward long-term wellness with in-depth, tailored nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
